• Face to face interviews with a qualified member of our staff
• Complete a Basic Training Program
• Must speak, read, and write in English (They must read Dr. Seuss!)
• Pass extensive reference and background checks
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Commitment to working with a family for at least one year
