Applications that do not have approved photos will not have profiles on the website. An approved photo is a professional looking headshot of yourself alone in the picture. If you do not have a picture, one can be taken for you when you are interviewed. Your profile will not be seen by parents until an appropriate photo is attached. Your Social Security Number is required for a Background Check. You agree to a complete Background Check with the submission of this form.
