To ensure we meet each child’s developing needs, we conduct an
extensive and comprehensive screening. In order to become a Georgetown Nanny, each candidate must:
- Pass Face-to-Face interviews with a qualified member of our staff
(SO IMPORTANT!!!)
- Pass our Basic Training Program
- Speak, read, and write in English (They must read Dr. Seuss aloud as part of their interview!)
- Pass extensive reference and background checks
- Be CPR and First Aid certified
- Commit to working with a family for at least one year
