To ensure we meet each child’s developing needs, we conduct an extensive and comprehensive screening.  In order to become a Georgetown Nanny, each candidate must:

• Pass face-to-face interviews with a qualified member of our staff
• Pass our Basic Training Program
• Speak, read, and write in English (They must read Dr. Seuss aloud as part of their interview!)
• Pass extensive reference and background checks
• Be CPR and First Aid certified
• Commit to working with a family for at least one year
